The Armstrong County Historical Museum and Genealogical Society 2022 Christmas Open House will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, and from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, at the McCain House, 300 N. McKean St., Kittanning.

The McCain House will be decorated for the holidays and open for tours.There will be live music, a children’s scavenger hunt and light refreshments. Family holiday photos can be taken in the log cabin, which will be decorated for Christmas.

On Nov. 27, members of the 62nd Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry Living History Family will be present and dressed in Civil War period attire.

Admission is free, and there is free parking along Vine and North McKean streets and in the back of the museum via the North Grant Avenue entrance.
