Charlotte A. Witt
Charlotte A. Witt, 65, of Butler passed away Wednesday, after a short battle with cancer at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born July 23, 1951, in Butler, she was the daughter of William A. Vidas and Joyce A. George Vidas.
Charlotte had worked at Moonlight Mushroom until the children came. Then she became a homemaker. She loved to watch her grandchildren and niece and nephew. She was always accompanied by her beloved Chihuahua, Coco.
Surviving are her husband, Dennis J. Witt, who she married June 22, 1976; her daughter, Denise (Bob) Coyle, of Fenelton; her son, Michael Witt of Ashland, Ky.; two brothers, William (Susan) Vidas of Edinboro and Joseph Vidas of Erie; three grandchildren, Christian, Alexander and Gabriella; two step-grandchildren, Robert Coyle Jr. and Jesse Coyle; and her niece's two children, who she treated like grandchildren, Colton Douglass Vidas and Victoria Lynn Vaughn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Victoria Vidas; and an infant brother, Patrick Vidas.
