Butler graduate Meghan Schnur, a member of the undefeated New England Mutiny of the Women's Premier Soccer League, has been selected to the upcoming U-19 United States national team training camp roster by coach Mark Krikorian.

The U.S. U-19 squad is defending world champion and is in the process of selecting its final roster for the FIFA World Championships this November in Thailand. The U-19 camp runs July 7-18.

Pine-Richland graduate Mike Nanna, son of Neal and Tracie Nanna of Harmony, has been selected to play in the National All-Stars.Com Bowl High School Football Classic Saturday at Youngstown State University.The 6-foot-4, 300-pound defensive lineman will continue his career at Thiel College.Kickoff is at 4 p.m. Admission fee is $5. States represented in the game include Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Delaware, D.C., New Hampshire and Vermont.

Butler graduate Calvin Littlejohn has been selected to the 2004 All-Pennsylvania track team.Littlejohn set two school records this past season and won medals at the PIAA meet in the high jump, long jump and triple jump.

John Aubrey Sr. of Butler fired a 68 at Longview Country Club in Pittsburgh Thursday to qualify for the U.S. Senior Open.Aubrey was first out of a field of 43. Only the winner advanced to the Senior Open, which will be held at Bellervie Country Club in St. Louis July 29 to Aug. 1.
