Neighborhood Legal Services will present a program centered on child support and custody rights beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at the Butler Area Public Library, 218 N. McKean St.

An attorney from Neighborhood Legal Services will provide an educational presentation about the custody procedure, factors in custody and child support.
