Beverly Bowser
The Lord called Beverly Kay Bowser, 78, of Connoquenessing Township, home on Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, while surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born Jan. 16, 1944, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Stoner and Helen Campbell Stoner.
Beverly was the wife of the late James Bowser; mother of Shelly (Douglas) Crockett of Sacramento, Calif., and the grandmother of Jessica and Matthew Crockett; mother of Marnie (Troy) Burkett of Cranberry Township, and grandmother of Kaitlyn (Paul) Hudanick and Nathan Burkett; sister of Ronald (Rosalie) Stoner, the late Linda (Charlie) Liken, Pamela (Daniel) Zarnick and Sandy (Michael) Phillips; and was the aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends were the essence of Beverly’s life. She especially loved and treasured her grandchildren.
Beverly will forever be in our hearts, and remembered for her strength, generosity and ageless spirit.
BOWSER — Friends of Beverly Kay Bowser, who died Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER OF CONNOQUENESSING TOWNSHIP, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road, Butler, with the Rev. Kathy Mikesell officiating.
Bev will be laid to rest beside her husband at Butler County Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made in Beverly’s honor to Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
