Karns City graduate Carrie Bullman, a member of the Clarion University women's track and field team, finished second in the javelin last weekend in the PSAC West Challenge at Indiana (Pa.) University.Bullman's throw was 139 feet, 1 inch.Knoch graduate Jessica Crouch, a Clarion teammate, threw a 131-3.Provisional qualification distance for the NCAA Division II national meet is 134 feet.Karyn McCready of Slippery Rock University won the event with a throw of 146-9.
