SAXONBURG — A quilt show, Biblical portrayal and concert will be at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 310 W. Main St., during the annual Saxonburg Arts Festival on Sept. 7 and 8.

More than 35 quilts will be displayed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 7 and noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 8 in Centennial Hall behind the church.

At 4 p.m. Sept. 7, LuAnne’s Biblical Portrayal will take place in the church sanctuary.

At 2 p.m. Sept. 8, St. Paul’s Women Ensemble will present a concert in the church sanctuary.

Books on sale during festivalSAXONBURG — The Saxonburg Public Library, 240 W. Main St., will have a used book sale in a tent in its parking lot from Sept. 6 through Sept. 8 during the Saxonburg Arts Festival.From 9 to 10 a.m. Sept. 6, there will be early bird shopping with an admission charge.There is no admission fee during regular shopping hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 6, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 7 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 8.Quilt raffle tickets, mystery dinner tickets, historic block buildings and priced books will also be for sale.
