Edward H. Bilowich
IN MEMORIAM

In loving memory of our beloved Edward H. Bilowich

September 23, 1941 - September 1, 2013.

Pap pap is my grandpa. He barely had any hair, he wore glasses. He was tough, by that I mean he could pick up a car. Not really, but had big muscles with big tattoos.

He died September 1, 2013. He got lung cancer.

Before he died we sat together, watched football and basketball and we loved sharing popcorn and pizza.

He rode a Harley, I went with him up and down his hills lots of times.

In summer, we went to the Butler Fair and he won me a stuffed parrot, it was red and blue, his favorite colors. He watched me all the time on the rides and I screamed “pap pap” to him, he would wave to me with a huge smile.

At Christmas time we always went to Krayniks. Pap pap loved Christmas. He put up a bunch of snowman blowups and lights in his really big yard. So beautiful.

He liked to hunt for deer. One time he shot a “dad da” deer and he was proud, so was I. But I don’t like his camouflage suit, so I’m glad he only wore it hunting.

He liked to drink coffee and I used to serve him coffee with jelly toast.

My pap pap went to heaven, but I told him I would never forget him.

Sophia - age 7
