BUTLER TWP — The Pennsylvania Fish and Bost Commission's Basic Boating Course will be held May 21-22 at Alameda Park. Both days must be attended to get credit for the course.

Class times are 6 to 10 p.m. in the Butler Township Park Building. The class is free and registration deadline is Tuesday.

BUTLER TWP — Butler basketball will hold open gym for boys entering grades 7-9.Hours will be 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Intermediate high school gym. Dates are Wednesday and Thursday of this week, along with May 21, 22, 23, 28, 29 and June 4-5
