Blakley

Paula Rose (Harris) Blakley, 52, of Coolspring Township, Mercer, passed away at 11:45 a.m. Monday at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.

She was born in Grove City on Jan. 25, 1961, to William L. Harris and Pauline L. Buccini Harris.

She married David Blakley on July 28, 2007.

She was a 1978 graduate of Mercer High School and a graduate of the Jameson School of Nursing in New Castle. She worked at Avalon Springs as the assistant director of nursing. She was a member of the Mercer Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband at home; two daughters, Marisa N. Sapar of Mercer and Stephanie L. and her husband, Paul, Selenchik of Mercer; three stepdaughters, Kelly M. Williamson and her husband, Scott, of Grove City, Jennifer L. Peterson and her husband, Jeff, of Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, and Katelyn R. Blakley of Brentwood, Pittsburgh; her mother, Pauline L. Harris of Mercer; her mother-in-law, Martha L. Blakley of Butler; one sister, Rita Harris of Mercer; three brothers, Logan Harris and his wife, Sherrie, in Kennerdell, Pa., Dan Harris in Polk, Pa., and Philip Harris in Sewickley, Pa.; and two grandchildren, Laila L. Benger and Nickolas L. Williamson.

She was preceded in death by her father and her father-in-law, William L. Blakley.

BLAKLEY — Visitation for Paula Rose (Harris) Blakley, who died Monday, May 13, 2013, will be at the Mercer Baptist Church from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. till the time of service on Friday.

The funeral service will be at the Mercer Baptist Church, 908 Butler Pike, Mercer, Pa., at noon Friday with Pastor Scott Bates, pastor of the Mercer Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Park, Pine Township, Pa.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Cunningham Funeral Home, Mercer.
