CONNOQUENESSING TWP — The #1 Cochran Subaru Dealership of Butler County may be moving to a new location.
A Monroeville-based company, #1 Cochran has been building a new dealership and repair facility at 861 Evans City Road, along Route 68, according to the building permit issued by the township.
The work is estimated to cost over $4 million on the 28,378 square foot complex.
