Derek Burkett and Melissa Skiff

A July 22 wedding is being planned by Melissa Skiff and Derek Burkett both of Evans City.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Earl and Susan Skiff of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Delmas and Debbie Burkett of Punxsutawney.

The future bride is a 2009 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2013 graduate of Clarion University.

She is employed by Russell Standard in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé graduated in 2009 from Punxsutawney High School and from Clarion University in 2013.

He is employed by Sysco in Harmony.
