Ursulah Elaine Pallack, 58, of Harmony passed away Sunday at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born on July 8, 1955, in Clarksburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of Charles and Kathleen (Collins) Mick of Prospect.

Elaine was a member of the Church of Christ in Harmony and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She had a great love of life and enjoyed children, teaching Sunday school, traveling, going on family cruises and quilting. Above all, she treasured the time she spent with her family and grandchildren.

She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In addition to her parents, she leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband, John D. Pallack; her children, Douglas Pallack and his wife, Jaime, of Lankin, N.D., and Elizabeth Pallack of Philadelphia; her two grandchildren, Christian and Charles Pallack; her three brothers, Stevie Mick and his wife, Jo Ann, of Texas, Wayne Mick and his wife, Kathy, of Ohio and Kevin Mick and his wife, Kristi, of Tennessee; and her two sisters, Marian Peterson of Portersville and Delores Bailey and her husband, Danny, of West Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Albert and Edith Pallack; her brother-in-law, Robert Pallack; her grandmother, Hazel Flint; and her grandparents, Okey and Evalena Mick.

Pallack — A memorial service for Ursulah Elaine Pallack, who passed away Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Grace Church of Harmony, 538 Main St., Harmony, with the Rev. Reid Moon and Stevie Mick, officiating.If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Elaine's honor in support of the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, One Children's Hospital Drive, Central Plant, Floor 3, 4401 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224.Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, Zelienople.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with Elaine's family at www.boylanfuneralhome.com.
