David G. Manuel, 82, of Lady Lake, Fla., formerly of West Sunbury, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022, at Sugar Creek Rest in Worthington.

He was born Nov. 15, 1939, in Butler, and was the son of the late Thomas Manuel Sr. and Gladys Gwendlyn (List) Manuel.

David had been a groundskeeper at Slippery Rock University.

Surviving are his sister-in-law, Nina Manuel of Lady Lake, Fla.; several nieces and nephews; and a sister, Esther McMonagle of Butler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Helen Tebay; and a brother, Thomas Manuel Jr.

MANUEL — Private services and private burial for David G. Manuel, who died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022, will be held at Butler County Memorial Park.
