Units of various military personnel and veterans rolled down Main Street. Young beauty contestant winners tossed candy out of cars to parade watchers along the sidewalk.
Several youth military groups marched in step, and a horse-drawn wagon decorated with flags even participated.
Butler, Knoch, Moniteau, Slipper Rock, and Karns City high school bands all performed along the parade route.
Main Street, which was closed before the parade, reopened after the event ended.
