Peterson

Jeffrey S. Peterson, 60, of Clinton Township, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022.

Born Aug. 13, 1962, in Passaic, N.J., he was the son of Shirley (Ronson) and the late Richard Peterson.

He was the beloved husband of Dora (Thiele) Sefton Peterson.

In his youth, Jeff was a member of two Boy Scout troops, served as a summer camp counselor and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He loved to sing and play guitar, sometimes at church services and with friends.

Jeff was an attorney by trade. He loved sharing his interests of baseball games, art and music with family and friends. He cherished moments spent in the beauty of nature and with his family. He always said the title he was proudest to wear was Dad. He was truly loved and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife, Dora Sefton Peterson; his mother, Shirley Peterson; his sons and daughter, Theodore, Nikolai, Elijah and Elena Peterson, and their mother, Maura Peterson; his nephew, Bradley (Amber) Andres; and his sisters, Crystal (Rocco) Zagari and Tracey (Gerry) Andres.

Jeff is also survived by numerous other family members and friends, who will treasure his memory.

PETERSON — The family of Jeffrey S. Peterson, who died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022, at KING FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Mount Royal Cemetery, 2700 Mount Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.
