The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts.
State Police, Butler
Oct. 3 — Cameron Scott Grubbs, 23, of Evans City was charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest and two counts of simple assault. Police alleged he shoved his wife into a wall after she tried to stop him from obtaining his rifle following his threats to shoot himself at her home on Zoelle Lane in Forward Township.
Sept. 10 — Matthew Lee Jenkins, 28, of Petrolia was charged with driving under the influence and summary traffic offenses following a traffic stop in Petrolia. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.239%. Under state law, a person with a BAC of 0.08% or more is considered intoxicated.
