ALAYNA CHIZMAR (Mars) had five kills in Slippery Rock’s 3-0 women’s volleyball win over Mercyhurst.

ANNA DeGRAAF (Seneca Valley) had eight kills and three blocks in Grove City’s 3-1 women’s volleyball win over Geneva.

GABBY LUCAS (Butler) had two aces and 25 digs in Grove City’s volleyball win.

VICTORIA WILSON (North Catholic, Mars) of Washington & Jefferson’s women’s tennis team defeated Marina Hastings of Waynesburg 6-2, 6-1 at No. 2 singles. W&J won the match overall, 9-0.

QUINTIN WEAVER (Union) ran a personal-best time of 27 minutes for Thiel’s cross country team at Lehigh University’s Paul Short Run.

GABE MILLER (Seneca Valley) blocked a punt for California (Pa.) in the Vulcans’ 59-14 win over Clarion. JOSH MILLER (Seneca Valley), his brother, returned the blocked kick 25 yards for a touchdown.

NATALIE MERRICK (Seneca Valley) scored her third goal of the season as Grove City posted a 3-1 women’s soccer win over Wittenberg.

COURTNEY LISMAN (Mars) stopped a season-high 10 shots on net in getting the win for Grove City.

MIA ZEC (Seneca Valley) scored two goals for Penn State Behrend in the Lions’ 7-2 women’s soccer win over Mt. Aloysius.

CONNOR LYCZEK (Seneca Valley) intercepted a pass and returned it for a touchdown in Clarion’s 59-14 football loss to California (Pa.).

JAMES PARENTI (Moniteau) had seven tackles from his nose tackle position in Grove City’s 14-13 football win over Case Western Reserve.

SCOTT FRASER (Knoch) caught four passes for 44 yards in Grove City’s football win.
