Dona M. D'Amore

Dona M. D’Amore, 91, of Butler and Grove City, passed away to her heavenly life on May 22, 2021, with her family by her side.

She was born Sept. 24, 1929, in Mercer County.

Dona married John B. D’Amore on Aug. 26, 1950.

She is survived by her three children, Debora K. Prokop (Paul), Cynthia J. D’Amore and John D. D’Amore (Denise); eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband; and one granddaughter.

Dona dedicated her life to faith, family and cherished friends. She was gifted with many talents and interests: cooking and baking, crocheting, sewing, crafting, drawing, singing, playing games, watching old movies and vacationing.

She was a member of St. Fidelis Choir, the Christian Mothers Organization, and frequently volunteered at parish events.

We will remember Dona’s loving and generous heart, and pray she is greeted with open arms in Heaven by God and all who loved her.

D’AMORE — There will be no visitation for Dona M. D’Amore, who died Saturday, May 22, 2021.

A memorial Mass will be held at a later date.

All services have been entrusted to SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

A notice of her memorial Mass will be announced.
