Joann Carpenter

JoAnn Marie Neely Carpenter, 35, of Sligo, formerly of Butler, entered into eternal peace on Saturday.

She was born Aug. 30, 1977, in Pittsburgh, and was the daughter of Judith A. (Lollo) Neely of Butler and the late Thomas E. Neely Sr.

JoAnn enjoyed sewing, crafts, computers and taking her children to the park. She attended Butler High School.

Along with her mother, she is survived by her husband, Chuck Carpenter of Clearfield; her children, Jennifer (Jen) Ryan of Natrona Heights, Caleb Thomas Carpenter, Shelby Annalysse Carpenter and Katie Jo Carpenter, all of Clearfield; two brothers, Thomas Neely Jr. of Butler and Eric Neely and his partner, Brandy Webb, of Slippery Rock; her mother-in-law, Margie Carpenter of Florida; aunts and uncles, Carol Hord and her partner, Bob Dugan, of Callery, Patricia and Keith Thompson of Butler, Barb and Jim Krieble of Harmony, John and Loretta Lollo of Greer, S.C., Robert and Lisa Lollo of Sharon and Donna and Randy Newton of Portersville; and a number of cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father and both sets of grandparents.

CARPENTER — Friends of JoAnn Marie Neely Carpenter, who passed away Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W.
