Kenneth L. Wolford

Kenneth L. Wolford, 86, of Butler passed away on Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021.

He was born on July 2, 1935, in West Sunbury, and was the son of the late Milton and Pearl (Lukavich) Wolford.

Kenneth graduated from West Sunbury High School.

He worked for Wholesale and Retail Egg Sales in Pittsburgh, but later retired from Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh.

In his early years, he loved hunting, fishing and trapping. He loved to ride his bicycle on the Rails to Trails and watching late model dirt track racing at Lernerville.

Kenneth was the beloved father of Ken (Tina) Wolford of Genoa, Ohio, Cheryl (Doug) Ekis of Chicora, and Lisa (Kevin) Murtland of Scottsmoor, Fla.; and the brother of Robert Wolford.

He is also survived by his niece, Beth Graham; and eight grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family wants to offer a very warm thank you to Good Samaritan Hospice.

WOLFORD — Services for Kenneth L. Wolford, who died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021, will be held privately through the SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
