Brian K. Kendrick

Brian “Otis” K. Kendrick, 49, of Butler, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021.

Brian was the beloved father of Olivia Kendrick and Tyler Kendrick; the son of Frances DePriest Kendrick and the late Ralph W. Kendrick Sr.; and the brother of William Kendrick (Gera), Michael Kendrick, Ralph Kendrick Jr. and Ken Kendrick.

KENDRICK — Celebrate the life of Brian “Otis” K. Kendrick, who died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 923 Saxonburg Blvd., Shaler Township, where a funeral liturgy outside of Mass will be held on Wednesday. A notice of time will be announced later.
