Dennis R. Ingram
Dennis R. Ingram, 74, of Chicora passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Dennis was born Sept. 24, 1942, in Minden, Neb. He was the son of the late Leo D. and Winnona F. Garrette Ingram.
Dennis was a 1960 graduate of Minden High School in Minden, Neb. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam era.
Mr. Ingram was Lutheran. He enjoyed model trains and ships, painting and woodworking.
Dennis had been employed by City Gas Co. in Colorado Springs, Colo., and retired from the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nev.
Mr. Ingram is survived by his wife, Judy A. Claypoole Ingram, who he married June 4, 1982, in Colorado Springs, Colo. Also surviving are four children, Clinton L. Ingram, Cassandra R. Offutt and Ronald Rutherford, all of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Cheryl A. Istaqa of Chicora; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Mr. Ingram was preceded in death by one son, Patrick L.; one grandson, Patrick M.; and one granddaughter, Ashley M.
INGRAM — A gathering of family and friends for a time of remembrance for Dennis R. Ingram, who died Friday, April 21, 2017, will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Donegal Grange, 851 E. Slippery Rock Road, Chicora.
Military honors will be accorded at 4:45 p.m. by the Chicora, Bradys Bend and East Brady American Legion posts.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Hile Funeral Home of Chicora, 339 Chicora-Fenelton Road, Chicora.
