Watermelon Welcome at Mars
Elin Johnson works on a craft project Wednesday during the Watermelon Welcome at the Mars Primary Center. Youngsters who will attend kindergarten in the Mars School District this fall had the opportunity to meet with the school's kindergarten teachers, join in an activity at the computer lab, play on the school's playground and enjoy snacks, including watermelon.
