Paul J. Hesidence
Paul J. Hesidence, 74, of Chicora passed away Saturday at his home.
Born July 17, 1942, in Butler, he was a son of the late Paul J. Hesidence Sr. and Margaret (Green) Hesidence.
He had worked as a painter for the Pullman Standard Car Co. for 20 years. He later retired from CUECO as a painter in 2004, following 20 years service.
He enjoyed gardening, landscaping and hunting. He was a member of St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Diana (Green) Hesidence, who he married Sept. 6, 1969; three sisters, Ann (Vince “Butch”) Neff of Chicora, Marylee Ayres of Butler and Donna MacNeil of Florida; two brothers, James and Richard Hesidence, both of Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John “Jack” Hesidence; his sister, Lynn Hesidence; and his brother-in-law, Richard Fallecker.
HESIDENCE — Friends of Paul J. Hesidence, who died Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church, 210 St. Wendelin Road, Butler, with the Rev.
