Paul Leroy Ealy
Paul Leroy Ealy “Karaoke Paul,” 60, of Butler passed away Monday at his home.
He was born April 4, 1952, in Butler, the son of Betty (Ealy) Pizzuto.
Paul was a groundskeeper for Calvary Cemetery. He enjoyed bowling, shooting pool, watching the Steelers and NASCAR, playing softball and singing karaoke.
Surviving are his mother, Betty Pizzuto of Butler; his daughter, Resha Fair of Butler; two sons, Shawn Ealy of East Brady and Jason Ealy of Butler; two grandsons, Michael Ealy and Carter Ealy; his longtime companion, Bobbie Jo Fair of Butler; a special aunt, Audrey (Don) Shearer of Butler; a special uncle, who was like a brother, Carl Ealy of Herman; three sisters, Kandy (Fred) Pflugh of Hooker, Margaret (Wayne) Burk of Grove City and Barbara Yohe of Eau Claire; three brothers, Randy Ealy of Grove City, Andrew Kaugher of Hilliards and George Kaugher Jr. of Butler; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, John Pizzuto.
EALY — Friends of Paul Leroy Ealy, who passed away Monday, July 23, 2012, will be received at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.Services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Friday with Maj. Paul Downing, former Salvation Army chaplain, officiating.
