Mary Ann Tedder

Mary Ann Tedder, 89, of Butler passed away Wednesday at VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born Jan. 13, 1929, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late George and Clara Pfieffer Scheuring.

Mary Ann had worked 17 years at Mars High School in the cafeteria and also volunteered at the Sun Bonnet coffee shop at Sunnyview.

She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family. She also loved playing bingo and cards.

Surviving are her husband, Bobby E. Tedder Sr. of Butler; her daughters, Beverly (Richard) Geibel of Chicora and Marie (Robert) Geibel of Chicora; two stepdaughters, Brenda (Russ) Osselborn of Cranberry Township and Nancy (Mitch) McCool of Connoquenessing; two stepsons, Bobby (Simona) Tedder Jr. of Texas and Michael Tedder of South Carolina; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, William Rieger; her second husband, Gerald Garing; her grandson, Billy Geibel; and her stepson, David Tedder.

TEDDER — Friends of Mary Ann Tedder, who died Wednesday, July 25, 2018, will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Friday and from 5 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7 p.m. Friday at Young Funeral Home, 127 W.
