Phyllis K. Sychak
Phyllis K. Sychak, 70, of Butler passed away Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born July 25, 1945, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Vince and Kathrine (Hunka) Lorenz.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler. She was also a member of the Universe Bowling League for 30 years. She enjoyed crafting and music.
Surviving are her son, Jamie (Cari) Sychak and her daughter, Tammy (Ron) Henry, both of Butler; eight grandchildren, Amanda (Dustin) Hemphill of Lafayette, Ind., Alison (Jason) Bouse, Ashley and Abigail Henry, Janelle (Brian) Schaffer and Jesse, Jordan and Jaimi Titus, all of Butler; two brothers, Vince (Sandy) Lorenz and Charles “Bo” Lorenz, both of Butler; her sister, Shirley (David) Zarnick of Butler; and four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister.
SYCHAK — Friends of Phyllis K. Sychak, who died Thursday, March 24, 2016, will be received from 10 a.m. until noon Saturday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
