SARVER — Residents and staff of Fair Winds Manor, along with their sister homes across five counties in Western Pennsylvania, have collected nonperishable food items for the entire month of November.

In addition, Quality Life Services pledged to donate $.50 for every item donated at each home.

Fair Winds Manor collected 65 of the 1,992 across the entire company and raised $32.50 for their local food bank.

Mark Antoszyk of Concord, N.C., received the Pinnacle Award for the Carolinas Medical Center.He is one of 10 employees out of 50,000 to receive the award yearly.Antoszyk is a retired police officer from Saxonburg and worked for more than 10 years at Butler Hospital in the Anesthesia Department.———On Dec. 29, the Butler Duplicate Bridge winners were:First:
