A LOOK BACK
Edgar Huselton built his prototype car out of parts from Pierce, Packard and Peerless automobiles of the early 1900s. After being successfully tested, he went into production and built 13 of the vehicles. The company also produced a 3/4 ton truck call the "Butler." However, it went out of business in 1915.• According to “Butler County, the Second Hundred Years” by Audrey Fetters and Ralph Goldinger, Butler County manufactured a wide variety of items for personal and industrial use: George Stamm operated an eight-acre brick yard on the west side of Butler.
