Butler County Community College’s Community Leadership Initiatives will mark September as National Recovery Month with its annual Hope Night, “Stories of Hope,” Sept. 15 at the Butler Art Center, 344 S. Main St.

Doors open at 5:40 p.m., and the event kicks off at 6 p.m. with a lineup of speakers including two people in long-term recovery who are working to end stigma while helping those still struggling with addiction.

This event is free and open to the public. Food and refreshments will be provided, and there will be music from Washboard Tony.
