Kathryn H. “Kay” Allen, 97, of Cranberry Township passed away on Sunday while under the care of Sherwood Oaks Retirement Community.

Born April 22, 1921, in Zelienople, she was the daughter of the late Richard F. and Margaret H. McMillan Allen.

Kay was a former member of Calvin Presbyterian Church in Zelienople.

She was a graduate of Zelienople High School and Robert Morris Business School in Pittsburgh.

Kay retired from General Electric Co. in Pittsburgh in 1983.

She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

Kay is survived by her nephew, Randal L. Allen of Albuquerque, N.M.; two great-nieces; and two great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her brother, Clark R. Allen; and her nephew, Richard C. Allen.

ALLEN — A private memorial service for Kathryn H. “Kay” Allen, who died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018, will be conducted later.Arrangements have been entrusted to Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 219 E.
