Helen Black Truesdell, 90, of Cowansville died Thursday.

Born Dec. 1, 1921, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Lettye (Hunter) Black.

She was a graduate of Har-Brack High School and the College of William & Mary.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert L. Truesdell, and her son, Robert E. Truesdell.

She is survived by one daughter, Marcy Lohr of Cowansville and her husband, Bill Lohr; one daughter-in-law, Freda Truesdell of Knoxville, Tenn.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

TRUESDELL — There will be no visitation for Helen Black Truesdell, who died Thursday, June 28, 2012. A family memorial will be later.
