Richard Mosley

Richard W. Mosley Jr., 78, of Cowansville passed away Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born June 2, 1934, in Natrona Heights, he was the son of the late Richard W. Mosley Sr. and Pearl (Fox) Mosley.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1963. He was a Methodist.

He retired from the North Pittsburgh Telephone Co. after 35 years and was the former owner of Dick's Autobody in Sarver. He liked camping, fishing and boating and enjoyed his dog, Dyna.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Pastor Sherry Mosley; daughter, Richelle L. Magee and her husband, Richard, of Apopka, Fla.; daughter, Lisa R. McClelland and her husband, Scott, of Sarver; son, Clint R. Mosley and his fiancee, Beth Meyer, of Templeton; five grandchildren, Chad A. Fleming, Melissa A. Fleming, Allison E. McClelland, Cody L. McClelland and Kyle R. Magee; one great-grandaughter, Alyssa Hensley; one brother, Thomas W. Mosley and his wife, Margaret, of Columbus, Ga.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Donna J. McGraw.

MOSLEY — Friends of Richard W. Mosley Jr., who passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Cowansville.Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.The interment will be in Wattersonville Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sherrett United Methodist Church Elevator Fund.For more information or to send an online condolence, visit www.snydercrissman.com.
