Ray Lee Sanders
Ray Lee Sanders, 68, of Kittanning passed away Friday at his home.
He was born Dec. 14, 1946, in St. Louis, Mo.
He lived in Chicora for 25 years before moving to Kittanning one year ago. He worked as a Coca Cola driver and a general contractor. More recently he did maintenance and janitorial work for the First English Lutheran Church in Butler.
He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge in Chicora and Kittanning.
His hobbies included golfing, playing pool, taking trips to the casino and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving companion of 30 years, Debbie Gall of Kittanning; his beloved daughter, Michelle Barnhart and her husband, Brian, of Kittanning; a son, James Gall Jr. of Butler; three grandchildren who were his absolute pride and joy, Ethan Barnhart, Sydnee Barnhart and Ashley Pint; one great-grandchild, Anastasia Pint; and his beloved dog, Gabby.
SANDERS — Friends of Ray Lee Sanders, who died on Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, 832 East Brady Road, Cowansville.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. James Dollhopf.
