Josephine Boring
Josephine Boring, 68, of Butler died at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at her home.
Born in Butler, Dec. 25, 1938, she was the daughter of Margaret Scecina Pincek and the late Joseph Pincek.
She was a homemaker and formerly worked at H&R Block for more than 25 years. She also formerly worked at Himchak Insurance and the Associates Discount Co.
Mrs. Boring was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, where she belonged to the church choir.
She was a volunteer for the Butler Memorial Hospital Womens' Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, Lyman C. Boring, to whom she was married for 38 years; two sons, L. Eric and Greg Boring both of Butler; a daughter, Mrs. Jeffrey (Alison) Carey of Butler; her mother of Butler; three brothers, Albert Pincek of Seal Beach, Calif., William Pincek of Chula Vista, Calif., and Ralph Pincek of Butler; two sisters, Mrs. John (Margie) Beneigh and Mrs. John (Nancy) Snow, both of Butler; and a grandson, Isaac Robert Boring of Butler.
<B>BORING </B>— Friends of Josephine Boring, who died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N.
