The Butler County Symphony Orchestra resumes its 63rd season with a concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Butler Intermediate High School auditorium.

The featured soloist is tenor Michael Forest from the Metropolitan Opera.

The theme for the season is “A Night Of …,” and this concert will focus on “A Night of Song.”

Guest conductor is Bruce Lauffer, one of the three conductors up for the symphony's top job.

Reserved seat tickets are available at the symphony office, 259 S. Main St. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Student tickets are $5.
