BRADY TWP — Old Stone House will open its grounds March 31 and April 1 to explore the history of the Civil War, including the 10th Pennsylvania Reserves Mercer Rifles re-enactors.

The program is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 31 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 1.

Activities include a living history encampment, soldier competitions and battle re-enactments.

Living history interpreters will offer demonstrations of Civil War camp life, cooking, children's games and music.

The Old Stone House is at the intersection of Routes 8, 173 and 528.

A donation of $3 per person, or $5 per family, is encouraged.
