Stoughton

Daryl Bruce Stoughton, 65, of Butler, formerly of West Sunbury and Washington, D.C., passed away Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Aug. 23, 1957, in Butler, and was the son of the late William Pressley and Mabel (Kummer) Stoughton.

Daryl enjoyed walking all around Butler, reading and watching movies. His goal was to walk 3,000 miles each year, and he always achieved and surpassed his goal.

Daryl had worked for the CIA in the banking division.

Surviving are his sister, Pamela Hartman of Butler; niece, Shannon Hartman; and great nephews, Presley, and twins Ivan and Isaac, all of Butler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and an infant brother, William.

STOUGHTON — Services for Daryl Bruce Stoughton, who died Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.

Burial will be private in Summit Evangelical Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
