Terry A. Pleva Kelly, 69, of Butler passed away Thursday at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

She was born Nov. 24, 1948, in New Kensington, and was a daughter of the late William Pleva and the late Beatrice Walker Pleva Orr.

Terry was a homemaker and a 1966 graduate of Butler High School.

She is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Kelly, whom she married April 24, 1967; one son, Kevin Kelly of Orlando, Fla.; one daughter, Lori Kerr (Brad) of Butler; five grandchildren; and three brothers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
