Eleanor J. Fitzpatrick, 91, of Butler passed away Thursday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.

Born in Butler on July 26, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Concetta Danube Litz.

She was a former waitress at Snack 'n Pack on New Castle Road, and she also worked at various restaurants in Butler.

Eleanor was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Norma Savannah of Butler and Jeanie Springer and her husband, Frank, of Butler; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Norman J. Renwick; her second husband, Bernard Fitzpatrick; three sons; one daughter; one grandson; one granddaughter; two brothers, and one sister.

FITZPATRICK — Friends of Eleanor J. Fitzpatrick, who died Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler, from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Michael Roman Catholic Church at 9 a.m. Monday. Burial will take place in St. Peter's Cemetery.For more information, visit www.martinfh.net.
