Jeannette I. Forrisi Davis, 58, of Zelienople passed away Wednesday evening at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born Oct. 23, 1959, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Bonnie Riggle and the late Thomas Forrisi.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Blaine Davis; her mother, one daughter, two sons, one sister, one brother and two grandsons.
