Seneca Valley graduate Tony DeRiggi, a senior linebacker for the Mount Union (Ohio) College football team, made seven tackles in his team's 31-21 loss to Wisconsin-Whitewater in the Division III national championship game on Saturday.

The loss snapped the Purple Raiders' 37-game winning streak.

For the season, DeRiggi totaled 78 tackles, including three and a half quarterback sacks and four passes defensed.
