Inside the Igloo
Butler YMCA child care teachers Stephanie Baldauf and Kelly Tennent built an igloo out of 500 gallon-size mik jugs for their students to enjoy while they talk about the Arctic region, the Inuit people and animals. Two of the three child care classrooms with 3 and 5-year-olds took part in the lessons. In the igloo are, front, Alisa Green; and back from left, Judah Robinson, Ryleigh Brother, Mia Duehart and Joey Huff.
