Jill Marie Melle Klinko

Jill Marie Melle Klinko, 48, of Connoquenessing Township, formerly of Verona, died Saturday.

She was the beloved daughter of Raymond R. and Rose M. Melle; dear wife of William R. Klinko; loving mother of Katie and Jake Klinko; sister of Ronald (Madonna) Melle and Lynn Anne (Donald) Kendrick; sister-in-law of Dolores Cenci and Kathleen (Ray) Elliott; and beloved daughter-in-law of William J. Klinko and the late Dolores Klinko.

Jill cherished her family, enjoyed vacationing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and drinking coffee on the back porch of her home in the morning with her husband. She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates — Let's Go Bucs! She volunteered at Butler Catholic School and supported the fight against breast cancer by sponsoring numerous basket bingos long before being diagnosed.

KLINKO — Friends and relatives of Jill Marie Melle Klinko, who died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139, 412-828-3535.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, 125 Buttercup Road, Butler. Please meet at the church.The family suggests memorial donations to Butler Catholic School, 515 E. Locust St., Butler, PA 16001.
