Gerald Tincha
Gerald A. Tincha, 70, of Butler, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Nov. 26, 1950, in Butler, he was a son of the late George Tincha and Anna (Zulick) Tincha.
Gerald had been a grocery store manager and assistant for Kroger, Shop ‘n Save and Giant Eagle, recently retiring two and a half years ago following 46 years of work.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora and the American Legion 117 in Butler.
He was an avid fisherman; he especially liked fishing at Lake Erie and in the mountains. He enjoyed shooting pool, going to the casino and bowling, having belonged to various leagues.
Surviving are his lifetime companion, Anna Hoszwa; two brothers, Greg (Linda) Tincha and Geoffrey (Teri) Tincha, both of Butler; two uncles, Pete (Marlene) Zulick of Butler and Steve Zulick of Studio City, Calif.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George Tincha; as well as several aunts and uncles.
