Thomas E. Renforth Sr.
Thomas E. Renforth Sr., 64, of Butler, died Tuesday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born Sept. 24, 1952 in Butler, he was a son of the late Edward F. Renforth and Augustine “Gussie” Raimondi Renforth.
He worked in transportation and quality control. He played Santa Claus for many years, enjoyed doing puzzles, yard work, planting flowers and loved spending time with his family.
He was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
Surviving are his wife, Lorna M. (Campbell) Renforth, whom he married Feb. 12, 1972; two daughters, Heather (Jason) Blair and Shannon (Chris) Barnes, all of Butler; one son, Thomas E. Renforth Jr., of Butler; two grandchildren, Mitchell Durkacs (Kyra Skal) and Natalee Barnes; and two sisters, Margaret Renforth and Donna Vandevort-Renforth, both of Butler.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Genevieve Hrynyshyn; also his wife's parents, Thomas “Pops” and Irene Campbell.
