Patricia A. Pflugh
Patricia A. Pflugh, 76, of Parks Township passed away Monday at Wythe County Community Hospital in Wytheville, Va., while in the company of family members.
Pat was born April 9, 1939, in Freeport. She was the daughter of the late Helen V. (Bier) and Ambrose C. Gallagher. Pat grew up in Freeport and attended St. Mary Mother of God Church as well as St. Mary's Elementary. She also attended St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church in Vandergrift.
Pat worked as a filing clerk at Robert Pierce and Associates in Pittsburgh for several years.
She enjoyed crafts, traveling, playing solitaire on her computer and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, David B. Pflugh; two daughters, Nicki (Ken) Sayward of Vernon Hill, Ill., and Shelley (Ralph) Toland of Erie; three sons, Jeff (Lisa) Pflugh of Natrona Heights, Charles (Cheryl) Pflugh of Indiana, Pa., and Terry (Peggy) Pflugh of Glenn Mills, Pa.; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Ronald (Linda) Gallagher of Freeport; and one sister, Carol (Frank) Evans of Farnham, Va.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Patrick Gore and R.J. Toland III.
PFLUGH — Family and friends of Patricia A. Pflugh, who died Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Redmond Funeral Home, 524 High St., Freeport.A parting prayer service will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at St. Mary, Mother of God Church in Freeport with the Rev.
