The Emma + Jane Shoppe in Sarver is having a special shopping evening for Butler Catholic School from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, when a portion of profits will be donated to the school.

Kathy Dudley, director of development at Butler Catholic, said the school used to collaborate with businesses regularly in the past, and after more than a year of going through the coronavirus pandemic, the staff thought it was time to bring them back.

“We thought why not? Our families, they’re ready to get out there and do this and eat and shop with each other,” Dudley said. “I really love that we can support local businesses and the school.”
