Bruce W. Hostetler
Bruce W. Hostetler, 74, of Sarver passed away Wednesday at Allegheny General Hospital.
Born March 23, 1943, he was the son of Kenneth Hostetler and Evora (Maust) Hostetler. He was raised by his grandparents, Rose and Charles Maust; and his aunt, Eleanor Maust.
Bruce served in the U.S. Army from 1961 until 1964.
He started as a lineman for North Pittsburgh Telephone Co. and retired as a customer equipment supervisor after 38 years.
He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver.
He enjoyed going to Lernerville, especially watching the sprint cars. He also enjoyed reading and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Charlotte (Shunk) Hostetler, whom he married Oct. 3, 1962; his son, Shawn C. (Shelbee) Hostetler of Stoneboro; his daughter, Tina (Tom) Creedon of Renfrew; and three grandchildren, Cole, Payton and Chase.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
HOSTETLER — Friends of Bruce W. Hostetler, who died Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017, will be received from 10 a.m. until noon Saturday at Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.Services will be held at noon on Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev.
